Human tooth falls under human anatomy. But as per s.320 of the Penal code, fracture of tooth is designated as grievous hurt.

My question is if a man uses his tooth as a weapon and caused hurt to a person, whether the intrument he emplyed in his crime say the tooth, does it falls under section 324-326 of the Indian penal code?

yes human teeth also can be treated as dangerous weapon. With the help of the teeth a man can do any offense including 302 IPC.
