Sec. 9 and mediation

Sir,
How to get received a mediation roznama and mediation report held between me any my wife. my advocate told that it is confidential document and will not given in application of certified copy. how I can i received these documents as it is much necessary for me.

The copies of the mediation wont be supplied.

I had inspected the file of sec. 9 with my adv. but the roznama of mediation and mediation report was not in that file.
