Hi,

I have a case of N I 138. I am unable to attend the hearing this time as I having a very important meeting and can't get it postpone. Will I be issued a NBW.

Could you please let me know what should I do.

I did not hear the first hearing and took a exemption as I was hospitalised. The second hearing i attended on 10/09/2014 and the next dAte given was 14/10/2014. However on 14/10/2014 I could not attend and the lawyer attended and got the next date on 03/12/2014. The same day I have a important interview to attend in Delhi. What are the consequences if I do not attend the case. Please advise and secondly the address mentioned on the case details is different from the current address I live in. Will that affect me in anyway however they have my permanent address of my father as well. Please advise me as to how I can avoid the same as the interview is very important for me to attend. Thanks

Consult a good reputed senior advocate of the relevant Court who could convince the Court for your absence with this valid reason.Better handle the case properly and Simultaneuosly speak to the other side in person and go for a settlement in installments in your best possible ways.Act Fast and seek a remedy by your self.
