If I want to conduct Scholarship Exams in schools, what do i require a legal document to procedure.

execute agreement with concerned schools stating all terms and conditions clearly regarding conducting of said exams.

What are the terms and conditions?
Whether you want to provide scholarship to successful candidates and on what terms and time?

You can form a trust and can conduct the examination under the bye laws of the trust. Consent of concerned school would be necessary.
