we want to purchase sc st land after taken permission from government , some body is saying govt will no give permission , how to take permission in karnataka please help me

You will to apply for the permission to Assistant Commissioner

The seller shall apply to the Assistant collector of his area stating therein the circumstances under which he is compelled to sale out his property in the hands of Non-SC/ST person and if permission is duly granted to him, you should go ahead otherwise should leave the idea to purchase such property.
