SIR I BOOKED ONE PLOT FROM JAI DWARKADHISH RESENCE TOWNSHIP JAMNAGAR GUJRAT ON 26/03/2011 BY PAYING 15% AMOUNT THAT IS RS 275250.00 AFTER COMPLETION OF 04 MONTH HE IS NOT DOING ANY AGREEMENT AND EVEN NOT PICKING MY PHONE SIR WHAT SHOULD I DO KINDLY HELP ME AS I AM IN DEEP DEPRESSION.

From whom you have booked the plot. If it is a developer of the property then you could lodge a complaint before the consumer forum for necessary relief.

issue legal notice to the person to whom you have paid the money to book the flat to execute the agreement of sale or regd., sale deed within 7 or 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice, if he failed then file a consumer complaint before the dist., consumer forum. Non executing the agreement of sale inspite of receipt of the amount, amounts to deficiency in service.

FIRST ISSUE LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PESON OR COMPANY WITH WHOM YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR HOUSE. AFTER THE EXPIRY OF PERIOD OF NOTIC IF THEY FAILS THEN FILE A SUIT BEFORE COMSUMER FORUM.
