My Learned Friends,
1. When the use of Sec 340 come into effect ?
Explain it your own words than written language of this section.
2. Would it also applicable on private accuseds who affecting or creating any obstacle in the getting of justice thru court ?
3. Which Court of law has jurisdiction for this section 340 OR Triable by that court into which any offense of affecting administration of justice occurred ?

1. When a person is found to be stating false statement on oath or making false evidence.
2. Applicable to any proceedng including civil case but not to those who is 'affecting or creating an ostacle'as stated by you.
3. The court of Magistrate makes the inquiry before takng cognizance of the case and that is done after the court where the petition u/s 340 crpc is filed sends the same to the Magistrate to make such inquiry.
