DEAR SIR,
ACTUALLY I FILED A RTI APPLICATION TO SHO / PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER, NOT REPLY GIVEN TILL DATE AND FIRST APPEAL DONE BY ME AND THE 20 DAYS ALREADY LAPSED.

I SUBMIT THE FEE OF RS. 10, FOR PROVIDING THE FEE IN F/O ACCOUNTS OFFICER, POLICE,

MUZAFFARNAGAR IS WAS RIGHT?

PLEASE TELL ME THAT AFTER FIRST APPEAL WHEN SHOULD I FILED SECOND APPEAL ?

90 days from receipt of first appeal orders or from the date when orders were to be received.

you were supposed to receive the reply of first appeal within 30-45 days.

dear ramesh,

you can file second appeal after 45 days from date of first appeal but if your query relates to life and liberty then at any point of time after 7 days of first appeal you can file second appeal.
