Rti help to get details of husband income

Dear Laywers

pls suggest me the ways to get information regarding my husband income & property. Can i use RTI on husband employer or is ther any other way to get information.?????????

If your husband is a govt. or PSU employee then you can apply under RTI Act.
Otherwise you have summon the employer to know his acutal income.
