dear,can i file rti for redevelopment, my mother n father purchase a commercial office n they died,landlord without my consent they redeveloping the building , what can i do now, i m the son

The landlord during redevelopment will have to relocate you and after completion have to provide the same space.
In case the landlord is avoiding it file a suit for declaration and injunction.
