dear expert i sees a information of one slum propety so can i get the details of that property through RTI Act if yes what is the propcedure for that i want to know in whose name the said property is registered.

You enquire the property no. from the concerned locality and then obtain the information of its registered owned in the record of municipality by moving an RTI application supported with requisite fee.

If the slum is registered with the title deeds given to the owners, you can, otherwise not.

write to the PIO of the sub registrar of the locality under whose jurisdiction,the property belongs.
