My sister working in Private school teacher (CBSE ) . Her salary is depoisted in a Bank every month.

School authorities never issue salary slips to teachers .

I want to get this informations by RTI act.

Can i apply to state educational department for getting this

private schools are not covered under RTI.

But DEO to whom they furnish details of salary of teachers are covered under RTI.
