Rs.50/- non judicial stamp paper

Recently one client approached me with one non judicial stamp paper worth of Rs. 50/- of 1959 i.e., simple sale deed, but I found the signatures are some what difference. So please advise me that whether the Rs. 50/- Non judicial stamp paper is available in the year 1959 or not. I want to confirm Whether it is genuine or not. Thats all.

get certify copy of sale deed from sub-registrar office and match the same.

or enquire locally at sub-registrar/adm(F&R)/Collector office.

Of course the stamp paper of the value of Rs.50 did exist in 1959, but Mr. Shailesh's advice is perfect to solve your problem in the instant case.
