Road accident claim

Hello experts
My father died in an accident last year in the month of march.He was a homeopathic physician posted as district homeopathic medical officer(DHMO).He was on roadways bus stand going for his hospital while the accident happened by a roadways bus.my fathers age was 59years his salary was around 68k per month i dont know exactly.we are 4 unmarried sibligs with our mother left behind him,our advocate promised us that he will claim us a amount of around 50-60 lac but now he told us that court has given 35 lac as compensation
Please help me regarding this case as what should be the right amount that court should have given.

You may show the case related docs to a very able counsel specializing in such/service matters.

The compensation granted appears to be fair and unreasonable. The advocate's forecast is of no legal standing.

Anyhow, get a copy of the Award from the advocate and examine whether there are any grounds on which the dependents can claim better compensation.
