hi sir can i as k rti for other than home states if yes how can i proceed i belongs to andhrapradesh state i wa nt the right to get information from karnataka state governament........

Information from any State can be obtained by the person of other State in the way as i he might have sought the same from his own State/

Whichever authority you want to seek information from must have prescribed a way for that(generally its the same for all), however if not the RTI rules can help you in this regard. Being in whichever State is immaterial.
