can a woman start a divorse case any other city whar she liveing at present,due to fear of life to her husband.

To my knowledge,the Territorial Jurisdiction for filing a Divorce case is (a). Place, where the marriage held or (b) Place where the couple last resided.

A woman can file a case for family disputes at the place of marriage, where she resides, where the other party resides and where they lastly resided together
