accused arrested under MCOCA, police shown some amount recovered from accuse in chargesheet, now the complainant made application for return of property without mention any amount. the complainant also not become party to the accused in his application. the accused want to file their reply . pls suggest what objection taken and provision and judgement

The accused person can always file petition for making counter claim. He can entrust his lawyer to do so.
