Return of booking amount

I had booked a flat in noida and depopsited registration fees of rs.one lakh.there is clause in contract which full refund shall be provided upon withdrwal from scheme.I withdrew from scheme and asked for refund .they r not responding.what is the remedy?

File a consumer complaint in FORUM.

Yes, go to the Consumer Forum but after checking whole contract together refund clause.

Check the agreement terms. Normally the promoters will not give refund of the advance amount in full or whole. They will deduct certain amount as a penalty for cancelling the booking.
