Retracting from admission

Consumer received material n gave receipt.Later he said he did not receive it n wanted to lodge fir against supplier.What legal-defense supplier has to defend him ?

Only the duly issued receipt of the consumer is the legal defence for supplier.

If the receipt in hand of supplier is genuine
one he has a valid defense,in case it is impersonated,he has defense,till in trial otherwise is established.
