Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 December 2023 This query is : Resolved
Sir, i had served an autonomous body for month 1year 8 month after that i had resign on 2023 dec 16 & join state govt. Aided service, but not take money and don't submit document for salary starting,,,, but i know from my previous office they do not accepted my resignation till now bcoz executive meeting not done .
Can I rejoin back my previous office???
Now i want to rejoin.

Please suggest can i have any possibilities for rejoin..
Quick Summary
An individual resigned from an autonomous body to join the state government but has not yet received payment or submitted documents for the new role. They wish to return to their previous position, as their resignation was not formally accepted. However, advice suggests that having joined the state government service may prevent rejoining the previous role. If the new position wasn't officially taken, withdrawing the resignation might be possible, though formal acceptance by the executive body is key.

Yes, you can submit an application to withdraw the resignation before the expiry of the notice period.

I opine, as per your statement you joined in the state government service and hence you cannot join in the previous job. If you did not join the state Government, you can withdraw your resignation from the previous job. You request the Executive Body to accept your resignation and if necessary lose your salary for the days in December worked there.

given facts indicate that you are just absent without sanction of resignation and you have joined another service.

you have earned a chargesheet.
