Required documents to be proved the ownership right

(Querist) 12 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
In which areas where the possession holder has not obtained any title deed due to said land initially was belonged to Gram Panchayat but later on the same is in under Aabadi without CLU. Now the owner has not paying any tax to nagar palika/nagar nigam.
How many years living prove that his possession ship right?
Jurisdiction- Uttar Pradesh.

contact a local lawyer . if owner has not paid property tax land would be attached and sold by municipal corporation

Long possession over the land of State or nagarpalika do not give the right to ownership.
