Renewal of society!!

hi sir.. please tell me.. if a society is registered under 1860 ACT of Societies.. then is this necessary to renew it under new act of 2012!!

Not required. An existing grand father or father cannot take rebirth to become his own child during his own life time.

Only provisions of the new Act would become applicable on the functioning of the society.

yes.
you need not renew under new act,being already registered.
A company regd.under CO'S act 1956 does not register itself again under New Co's act 2013.
