Remidy against judgment on 127 cr.pc

judgment passed by session court on revision of order of MM under section 127 cr.pc. Whether such judgment can be challenged in high court under which provision of law and what is limitation period for challenging the same in high court.

Under section 401 of Criminal procedure Code within 90 days of passing the order by Sessions Court but why to wait for 90 days? If stay order is to be obtained, it should be filed as earliest as possible.
