You being Sikh (Hindu as per law) are asking this question in India so answer is also according to Indian Law. This is an offence to remarry while existing first legally married wife. IPC is applicable in this case and if your first wife initiates such action, you are even not safe in abroad.
Ravikant Soni (Expert) 24 September 2011
section 3 and 4 of IPC contemplated as to extra territorial jurisdiction and application to indian citizen out side of india. go thru.

Being a Sikh you are Hindu as per Hindu Marriage Act and your act of remmarying again in London is punishable act as per Indian Panel Code u/s 494.
Shailesh Kr. Shah (Expert) 24 September 2011
The Hindu marriage act applies also to 'Hindus domiciled' in the territories to which this Act extends who are outside the said territories.
