Relief for management staff

A company does not pay salary for the management staff for about 6 months. Since the management staff is not covered under any Trade or Industrial Act, then how the Managerial staff can claim the wages from the company.

can also issue liquidation notice to company c copy to CLB.

1. Furnish with legal notice.
2. File Civil suit and obtain degree.
3. obtain execution of degree.
4. Then furnish with a notice of liquidation.
