Registration of will-immovable properties in 3 states

My client has immovable properties in three states of India.He wishes to register the WILL in one state. Is it possible?

Yes. It is possible. Your client can register the Will where he lives.

A single Will can be prepared covering all the properties and can be registered wherever it will be feasible for the testator, though registration is not mandatory as per section 17 of the registration act.

I endorse the opinion and advise of experts Mr. T Kalaiselvan ji and Mr. Bhartsh Goyal ji, however, the Will may be registered anywhere globally i.e., India / abroad as convenient to the Testator.
