Registration of permanent alternate accomodation agreement

Sir the developer has negotiated with us for redevelopment and want to register the signed permanent alternate accomodation agreement inspite of him getting 70 % consent nor any approved plan,list of amenities , full payment of property tax and repair cess being paid and his name beeing registered in the property card Sir is it legally possible to register the document inspite of these formalities not beeing fulfilled

redevelopment agreement has to be approved in AGM first ? has it been approved? ask him to obatin consent of 70%members and give in writing amenitis being offered

sir it is a tenanted building and the landlord /developer is negoating with each occupant seperatelly and insists thah the plan and amenities list would be shown once prepared so sir is it legally possible to register without annexed plan and amenities list and landlord not having obtained noc from corporation.

there must be unity among tenants . it appears developer is trying to cajole each tenant separately . he must be offering some amount in cash to lure tenants individually to sign agreement .
amenities list must be mentioned . dont sign agreement . it may be a trap
