would you get me clarify under which povision of Law or Act the orphanage has need to be registered ?

While above views are supported, it is felt that you could have given some more details as to the State in which such orphanage is located. Mostly, registration with the Social Justice, Child,Women & Welfare Ministry is imperative please.

very nice that you have tried to attempt my quary but Mr Aravind and Rakhi budhiraja have not applied their mind to the point but exercised a guss work. But I would be thankful to them too for their valueble plea. However I want to know about the orphanages run by the chistian missionaries of Orissa state.Plese try to reaply.
