Registration of a land

hi experts,iam a law student..a registeration of a land was made by a district level court on a 27/07/2014 to my uncle..as we have paid for the expenses to the uncle i took a gpa on the same day after the registeration was made..does this amounts to any problem in future??

GPA for what purpose?

If GPA is for purchase of that land, better get the registered sale deed in your favor.

If it is to manage, no harm.
