registration for Delhi Bar Council Membership

sir/madam
Can u tell me how to get membership of Delhi Bar Association,since I m A lawyer and a member of M.P bar Council plz tell me the procedure.......... I would like to have few more details like:
What r the documents or is there any site or is there any particular office for registration
Is it mandatory to have 2 primary and 10 secondary proposers.

I had already mentioned in details the documents required for the registration in response to ur similar quarry. Still the reply holds good.
