sir i am having the problem regarding the registration act ,sir i have purchased a land in the year 1995 from the land lord at that time i have made a sale deed but it was unregistered , but know i am ready to pay the penalties to make it resister sir plz help me if you are having any citations of hc or sc

Errors can be corrected but not the BLUNDERS.
Neither there is any case law nor there would be till law of registration gets amended to suit your wishes.
The only course is to compromise with vendor
in a suit after personally discussing the facts in chamber of a civil lawyer available nearby.

the fact is that in that sale deed there is no conditation mentioned by the vendor ,he says that you have paid my money and the land is youurs

hello expert ,i am really sorry now the land records shown the name of the third party he is having registered from the legal herirs of the person and having the possesion

The land is in possession of third person, registered in his favor, mutated in his name, where you stand? The person sold you through unregistered agreement is dead, you have almost nothing in your favor.
Contact a local lawyer and show him all the documents. May be some possibility exists.
