Regarding to vacant ny shop from tenant

Dear Sir,
my shop in located in bihar, and i gave it on rent before 16 year. Now i want i shop back but tenant not vacant my shop, there is no any aggrement between us. Sir Kindly assist me what i do.

you approach a local lawyer and ask him to send a legal notice, hope all the documents are in your name and all government payments are paid by your name ( EB, Water tax,corporation tax ) What way you received the rent for those 16 years. by cash or cheque

You want to vacate all three or one of them.Better to seek local lawyer advise and send the notice to vacate the premises.

All will depend what tenancy law is in Bhar state and your shops are regulated by that Act or not then without visiting a local lawyer in absence of state enactment none of us can perfectly guide you.

if the shops are in your father name is your father alive? how many legal heirs your father had ?did your father die leaving behind a will?

you will have to get your name trnasferred in the shops first if youa re the only legal heir .
