regarding time for legal heir certificate

i applied for legal heir certificate after my dad expired ... i just want to know more about the time needs to get that certificate from local court

It normally takes 6 months.

when your father expired.
The taluk officer only can issue the legal heir certificate. first you approach proper taluk office and apply for legal heir certificate. After his enquiry he will give legal heir certificate. If he fail to issue the same you may approach proper court for the same and got direction for the same.
