In the matter of D V Act, the accused had declared ex parte. Now is the stage of final arguments . Will the accused get the opportunity of final arguments ??

Yes, the respondents still can now appear and apply for vacating the order of es parte hearing. The court at least will allow him to participate in the argument if he appeared in the case before and the case has become ex parte later on.
