Regarding the justice

Sir, i am final year law student and be justice in my life also but my brother wife filed the wrong dowery case againt us in which my name included also. So please tell me idea.will this case effect on my career if case will effect on me please give me suggestion to save my self and my yonger brother career

Filing of criminal case of dowry is not a big issue these days and it shall not hamper your career unless it is fully proved against you. General approach of police and courts is that only husband or in some case his parents can be benefitted by dowry and no other family member has no role therein but still it depends upon facts of the case. You should defend your case vigorously and effectively and no stone should be unturned in this process.

Make strong points of merit to defend your case. Any conviction can however affect your career.

Yes !it is a common phenomena now a days. you need not worry as most cases are found false out of 10 9 do see acquittals, you just defend your self your acquittal will remove doubts.Mr. Makkad is right.
