Regarding knowing the share of wife

what is the share of wife in husband agriculture land when husband is dead and husband does not make any will?remember husband and wife are sunni muslim of india.

A wife is entitled to 1/8th share in the presence of a child or a child of a son.
In the absence of a child or a child of a son she gets 1/4 th share as per Sunni Law.
