Recording by spy camera - any voilation

A meeting was going on in the house of a person present in the meeting. One another person recorded the activities/conversations of this meeting by spy camera for creating the evidence. Is this recording amounts any violation according to Indian law?

What was perturbing in the meeting?

He has already recorded it.

If some damage has been done consult to control it.

An evidence even if obtained by illegal means is admissible.

Though the evidence thus gathered will be considered as admissible in the court of law, if there was an objection by other persons during recording, it may be treated as invasion of privacy and can proceed with legal action as per the provisions of law in this regard.

Sir, the recording was done without permission and knowledge of other person but purpose was creating/collecting evidence only.
