Hi Experts, My case is in Family court.5 summon sent.6th summons- his lawyer appears. But he is not coming.what will first happen when the husband appers for hearing.will we get chance 2 talk? is der any hope of reconciliation. I hav cm 2 knw frm his frnds- dat he still loves me..

well if he loves you there is always chances of reconcilation .

what case you have filed. whether of RCR of of divorce. the reconciliation every case is
must before starting the case.

yes. i have filed Maintenence case in family court. but problem i can see is . his frnds say he still love me and want to be with me but at d same time his parents dont want. and he is also very confuesd with what all happened with our relation. he sent me divorce notice on insistence of hid parenets. i refusd divorce notice.and filed maintenace case as my lawyer said.plz help.
