Rebuilt of whole shop with entire breakdown or collapse

i have my own shop of 110sq.ft,my shop has becoming shorted due to construction of road opposite my shop(it is not highway or main road, but street road)the customer is entering with bend down in shop so it difficult for us also,one of customer also complaint me on this matter but mostly I not consider on this matter, but now i want rebuilt whole shop, what is legal procedure to rebuilt or lift a shop to make as earlier.whether we have to clear property tax first or otherwise, if any legal fee require then how much....

you need permission of muncipal corporation of your city if you wan t to . demolish and reconstruct your shop . submit plans for approval .
