Respected all,I am mumbai based and my wife is in uttar pradesh,since last two month she is at home only,and not intrested in coming to matrimonial home so decided to file Rcr.sir just want to know where we have to file rcr in mumbai or uttar pradesh and also could she transfer the case from mumbai to uttar pradesh? In that case what we have to do? please suggest,

yes, you can file at your jurisdiction, but she have rights to transfer, but you oppose strongly

I agree with the advise of Mr. M Shiek Mohd. Ali.
In addition to this, she would slap number of cases on you such as u/s 125 Cr. PC, 406/498A IPC, 12 POWADV Act etc. etc. as the Indian Law (especially matrimonial) is titally pro-female and tilts heavily against Indian male

She wants me to relocate to delhi ,which is not possible for me , i dnt know what to do ,plesae suggest if rcr is the right thing to do or what other things i could do.
please help, can she get half of my salary as per crpcc 125?

Dont worry be cool. She must understand your relocation problems. File rcr petition. It will help you in case of false cases filed by her. Right now no half property goes to her.

If she is not ready to live with you at Mumbai, you may give her Talaq. In Mohammedans it is a easy process.

ACTUALLY I DNT HAVE ANY Property ,just getting the salary of around 40k , staying in brother's flat (on his name ),my parents is dependedent on me ,even they dont have any property.

When you dont have property, then why are you raising issues here about property. File rcr. If wife does not agree, divorce her as suggested by expert rajendra jii. But be cool.

Respected all ,am not hiding anything , i have not done anything wrong to anyone , just i have credit card bills that i spent on my wife , i have 100 of pics of her with enjoying my family in different location , at differenct evenets ,malls ,hotels.
still am shocked why she doesnt want to come to me?

You file RCR in Mumbai and strongly refuse to re-locate as per whims and wishes of your wife. Filing of RCR on your side shall definitely help you if she files any other litigation against you.
