Dear sir,

We lived on unassesed land from 2001.Still now we didn't get land deed.Becasuse of President personal vengeance on my family.Today he said I will stop process and here I will build a water tank ,Your house will be demolished.

When it is an unaccessed land, how did get it, either from a sale deed or ?

What is meant by the termed as "un-assessed Land" & "land deed" and "President" of what which has been used by you ?

Generally Poramboke" shall mean and include unassessed lands which are the property of Government.
You have occupied the government land and had been living in it ever since your occupation.
However, if the application for patta was not considered then you can file a suit for declaration to declare your title on the basis of adverse possession and also a direction to the concerned revenue officer to issue the patta for this land on your name
