I personally is of opinion, your problem will be solved, once Per Director come to know abt it.
management staff are treated very differently, and Co., will not hesitate paying for a day. Any other Co. will laugh at your PR , if matter go to Court.

Initially I could not understand your query but after seeing your original query I am of the opinion that your HR Manager is wrong. The salary of is payable to an employee it he has worked in preceding days of the week and next salary would be payable on the basis of working of next days of the week. However, if the weekly off falls within the continuance of leave or absence between two consecutive weeks, the employee is not entitled salary for that weekly off.
