Can a scheduled tribe person buy a land from scheduled caste in Odisha?
Does it require any special permission from sub collector or DM??

No, scheduled tribe person can't buy land from scheduled cast person, he has to seek permission from collector else it would be void sale transaction.

ProvidedthatincaseofatransferbysaletheRevenueOfficershallnotgrantsuchpermissionunless heissatisfiedthatapurchaserbelongingtoaScheduledTribewillingtopaythemarketpriceforthe landisnotavailableandincaseofagiftunlessheissatisfiedaboutthebonafidesthereof.
