Respected sir,
A person has obtained a residential Patta Under rule 115 (ठ) (3) dated 02-08-2012 by S.D.M. Than he constructed one room and teenshed on that residential plot but he executed a registered sale deed in favour of an other person Vinod. Now can i safly and legally purchase the above mentioned plot form Vinod?
