I want to purchase plot in Vill.-Sadarpur Ghzaibad (u. p.),property registered in under sec.- 143 can GDA Acquired this type of land if no,after registration dakhil kharij has been done or not

contact a local lawyer . only after his advise purchase the property . better spend some money on legal fees too
