Sir, can i buy pent house? one of the builder constructed the apprtment in our place, land is A katha and he has taken permission/ approval plan for ground and 3 floors, they have constructed pent house at 4th floor, for pent house no plan or permission, he is telling after some time we need to pay betterment charges for regularising the flat, and bank loan also availble, my question is in future any legal problem will arise? in future can sell the pent house to other? please suggest
