Property suit

Dear All,

A property suit has been decided in 2006 in the high court. But the decree holder has got the information now. What can be done ? How an execution can be filed, on what grounds?

File execution petition in high court as it

How come u had not made any effort to obtain copy of the decree all these years? Any way as advised by the expert file immediately execution application in consultaion with your Advocate.

An execution can be filed within a period of 12 years from the date of decree as such there is no hitch. The high court can entertained the execution if it was the original court to decide the suit in 2006.
