Property rights

(Querist) 14 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
My father is dead. My grandfather is alive. No partition of the property has taken place yet. no will has been formed yet.I challenged my grandfather in district court- Rohini (Delhi). But my case claiming a stay on property/ share has been dismissed. Reason for the dismissals given was that my grandfather was a bhoomidar and has absolute right on his property. A similar case was also dismissed for claim of share in compensation received in 2007 when government acquired some of the property. s there any chance in high court??
or in supreme court ??

All agrilands vest in state over which state confers rights to individual.Bhumidhari is a right conferred on an individual with an absolute right of transfer so unless there is evidence that it was sir or khudkast of ancestors of your grand father who were eventually Zamindars in zamindari era,no claim of your's shall see decree of court.
Trail has finished.Least hope now even if you have evidence of the nature suggested here.
