Who can sign the immovable property sale deed on behalf of Educational Institute? On who's name should the sale deed be excecuted so that it is valid legally on the name of the Educational institute.

A specific resolution should be passed in favour of a particular office bearer of the institute authorized for the signing that sale deed and the authority letter/copy of such resolution should also be annexed with the registered sale-deed.
