Totally unfair on the part of ur G.Paas sons not to take care of his needs. Ur Grand paa and grand mother should file an application for maintenance under the "Maintenance & welfare of parents & senior citizens Act, 2007. The application will be disposed off within three months from the date of service of notice by the tribunal on the sons. He can also ask for interim maintenance pending the disposal of the appln. The tribunals are located in your Taluq town. If ur grand parents so desire can request the Maintenance officer appointed by the Govt to appear for him before the tribunal. Lawyers are prohibited from appearing for the parties. You may read the Act which is available on the GOI Ministry of Social welfare web site. Best of luck.

Whatever has been given in partition 20 years ago cannot be taken back.

Dear Gupta sir thanks a lot for your early reply.

Dear Sir
My questions is Property has not been registered with their sons name in 20 years back.

here out of total 12 acres 5.5 acres are self acquired and remaining is ancestral property.
now grand parents wants to register his self acquired property with daughters name. whether it is valid or not?
Sons has land passbooks with their name.

whether grand parents has right over their self acquired property?

please give me reply sir.
